The primary objective of this study is to assess the ability of a medication to significantly decrease gastroparesis-related symptoms as compared to baseline in adult subjects with diabetic gastroparesis, based on a composite of the average American Neurogastroenterology and Motility Society Gastroparesis Cardinal Symptom Index Daily Diary (ANMS GCSI-DD) Nausea Sub-Scale and Vomiting Scores over the last 2 weeks of the 12-week Treatment Period, compared to placebo.

Cirrhosis Symptoms:
Initially patients may experience fatigue, weakness, and weight loss. During later stages, patients may develop jaundice (yellowing of the skin), gastrointestinal bleeding, abdominal swelling, and confusion.
